This programme offers a full immersion in Damanhur including many hours in the spiritual energies of the Temples of Humankind.

The two-day introduction offers a profound contact with the energies of the various Halls. The prepatory, provided by facilitators from specific disciplines of the Schools of Damanhur, help pilgrims to fine-tune their sensitivity so that they can perceive the energetic characteristics of the Temples. This way the contact with the energies of each Hall will be at its best.

Arrival

Arrival on Sunday during the day not later than 6pm . We come and meet you at the airport. Welcome to Damanhur!
Get settled into your accommodations and if early enough in the day, we will have a first orientation tour in the central area of Damanhur.

Day One

Morning: Guided tour of the central area of the Federation called Damjl and the Centre of Art, Research and Wellbeing called Damanhur crea.

Afternoon: Preparation for the visit of the Temples of Humankind, with a special meditation in the Gallery of Selfic Paintings.

Visit of the Temples: Hall of the Earth and the Hall of Metals.

Day Two

Morning: Inner Harmonizing (meditation through breathing, sound and simple positions of the body that stimulate the energy centres) and Walking meditation in the Stone Labyrinths (circuits of Ogni Dove), to prepare for the second part of the visit of the Temples.

Afternoon: Visit of the Temples: the Labyrinth, the Blue Temple, the Hall of Water, Hall of Spheres and Hall of Mirrors.

Day Three

Morning: Guided visit to the Sacred Wood, open air extension of the underground Temples of Humankind Guided visit to the Tree Village, immersed in the energy of the Sacred Wood, enjoying the Music of the Trees.

Afternoon: Walk the Spiral in Damjl and Contact with the Element Earth, the Standing Stones in Damjl, to prepare for the Meditation in the Temples.

Meditation in the Temples: the Hall of Earth - facilitated by Damanhurian guides.

Day Four

A day in Turin, discovering the magical esoteric history of this town, with passes for the Egyptian Museum, second in the world for the pieces that are hosted there.

Day Five

Morning: Guided visit to Damanhur projects, communities, settlements.

Afternoon: Walk the Spiral in Damjl and Contact with the Element Air, in Damjl, to prepare for the Meditation in the Temples.

Meditation in the Temples: the Blue Temple and the Hall of Mirrors - facilitated by Damanhurian guides.

Day Six

Morning: Learn more about Damanhur's philosophy and our spiritual and social model.
